• Michelle grew up in Incline Village, graduated from Incline High and UNR
  and is committed to making a positive impact on our community.

• Michelle moved to DC and worked for the federal government, most recently serving as the Director of HR at the U.S. Senate, before starting her own management consulting business and moving back home to Incline.

• She is passionate and dedicated to putting the necessary focus on our IVGID staff, and rebuilding the team, culture, and morale. For Michelle, it’s personal.

• Michelle is committed to proactive and responsible management of our assets, including recreational amenities and facilities.
